On Friday, May 9, former Williston High School standout Nevaeh Hayes’ current collegiate team the West Florida Argonauts won 3-2 against the Mississippi Choctaws in the NCAA Division II Softball Championship.
The game took place at Mary Cannon Cabot Stadium at 3 p.m. and was the first matchup against the Mississippi Choctaws in the tournament.
The West Florida Argonauts’ next game will take place on Saturday, May 10 at 10 a.m. at Mary Cannon Cabot Stadium.
