On Sunday, Feb. 2, former Williston High School standout Nevaeh Hayes’ current college team, the West Florida Argonauts, lost 7-6 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Central Oklahoma Bronchos.
The game took place at Gulf Shores Sportsplex. This was their first matchup against the Bronchos this season.
The Argonauts’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 8 at 2 p.m. at Haines & Carolyn Hill Stadium against North Georgia Nighthawks.
