On Tuesday, Feb. 18, former Dixie County High School standout Luke Hatcher’s current college team, the Young Harris Mountain Lions, won 8-1 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the North Georgia Nighthawks.
The game took place at Zell B. Miller Field. This was their first matchup against the Nighthawks this season.
The Mountain Lions’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 21 at 2 p.m. at Grier Field against Erskine Flying Fleet.
