The FDA website indicates that the citations were delivered to the company as follows:
‘There is a lack of written procedures describing in sufficient detail the storage and handling of labeling and packaging materials.’
‘Discrepancies found outside preset limits when reconciling the quantities of labeling issued, used and returned, were not investigated.’
