St. Marks National Wildlife Refuge issued the following announcement.

Family-Friendly Wildlife Festival at Refuge Sat. Feb. 1, 2020
Families may find it hard to beat the $5/car entrance fee that the St. Marks National Wildlife Refuge charge to attend the annual Wildlife Heritage and Outdoors (WHO)
The mission of the WHO festival is to “Connect People to Nature” through a community celebration of local wildlife and history as well as outdoor recreation opportunities. The many exhibitors will provide fun outdoor activities from the past and present for people of all ages such as fly fishing, archery, birdwatching, camping, digging for "artifacts", outdoor photography, and hiking from 11 am – 4 pm.
Music will be offered by Perkins Street Pickers and yummy hot Bradley sausages and other food will be provided by the Friends of the St. Marks Wildlife Refuge. Free face painting, Wild Trail hikes, wagon tours, lighthouse tours, outdoor art and wild first aid kits available.
Due to live animal exhibits and wildlife tours, please leave your pets at home.
