Start your week with a healthy mind, body and spirit. Join a yoga instructor for a relaxing hour of Open Vinyasa Flow (multilevel) at the beach gazebo.
Enjoy the peaceful morning air, listen to the sounds of the waves and absorb the view of the Gulf of Mexico. Bring a yoga mat, water, and any props you may need.
