Pioneer Florida Museum and Village issued the following announcement.

Saturday, December 5, 2020, 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.

Antiques, vintage and an array of vendors for a special Christmas Shopping experience. Children's Christmas Crafts, Children's games, entertainment, food trucks and Museum Buildings decorated for Christmas by the Dade City Garden Club Circles Pioneer style. Free photos from 1-3.

Live entertainment with Gypsy Wind. They will entertain us with some Kentucky bluegrass to gypsy swing, Gypsy Wind embodies a new take on an old blend of jazz, swing and acoustic music. 11 a.m. - 11:45 a.m. and 1:00 - 1:45 p.m.

Lots of FOOD. FUN. MUSIC! Lots of vendors showing off their holiday gift items. Support your local craftsman!

FUN activities for kids!  

Reindeer games will begin at 10:00 outside and inside at the Mabel Jordan Barn. Games are 50 cents each and prizes or candy given out. Those games will include ornament bowling, (bean bag toss) tossing cookies in Santa's or Frosty's mouth,  Santa Limbo, ring toss, pin the nose on the reindeer, pick a duck and more.

Elf hat hunt, Cutest Elf contest for both adults and kiddos! 

Children's Crafts (make an ornament) We will provide the supplies to make pinecone birdseed feeders with peanut butter & popsicle stick ornaments.

We offer free punch and cookies while they last.

Other activities to see and do include model trains at the Trilby Depot, Blacksmith demonstrations at the Blacksmith Shop, all buildings will be open are open and lots of vendors!

Admission is $5 and under 5 is free

We are accepting canned goods for the Thomas Promise Foundation. 

We have plenty of food and shopping vendors that range from custom made crafts, clothing, beauty products, patio furniture, unique gift items & so much more. Several of the community booths will offer giveaway items (while they last) and some may have an activity for a very minimal fee.  

The concession stand will be open with freshly made grilled chicken sandwiches, burgers, hot dogs and more. We will also have food trucks with tasty lunch items, lemonade, etc.. We are still accepting non-food vendors. If you are interested for this event, go to our website at www.pioneerfloridamuseum.org and download an application.

FREE Parking

We do our best to make this event a family friendly low cost event and raise money for our non profit museum at the same time. It allows us to host school field trips at reasonable prices and provide historic preservation and education in our community. We hope you will come out and support the Pioneer Florida Museum and our community.
