Citrus County Sheriff's Office recently issued the following announcement.

The Human Resources Analyst position is full time, working Monday – Friday. Some functions of this position include the development and maintenance of the Equal Employment Opportunity Plan, accurately calculate merit pay increases, create/update job descriptions and the analysis of job tasks, as well as preparing and submitting a variety of reports, among other functions.

Applicants for this position should possess excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills, analytical skills, and excellent attention to detail. Clerical experience is a bonus, although Human Resources related experience is preferred!
