City of Inverness recently issued the following announcement.
City of Inverness Sanitation Schedule
The Employees of Waste Management will be observing the Thanksgiving Day holiday on Thursday, November 25th. There will be no collection service on this day. Since no
service is provided on the holiday, all collection day schedules for the week will be delayed one day.
Services for the Thanksgiving Day Holiday will be as follows:
Thursday Regularly Scheduled Curbside Garbage will be picked up on Friday, November 26th.
Friday Regularly Scheduled Curbside Garbage will be picked up on Saturday, November 27th.
Additionally, there will be no Commercial Container Services on the holiday. Those customers whose service day falls on the holiday will have their container serviced on an
alternate day during the week.
