County of Citrus recently issued the following announcement.
Citrus County Government offices will be closed Monday, January 3, 2022, in observance of the New Year’s holiday. Normal hours of operation and services will resume Tuesday,
January 4, 2022, with the following exceptions:
• The Citrus County Library System (CCLS) will be closed on Saturday, January 1, 2022, and Monday, January 3, 2022. Normal hours of operation will resume Tuesday, January 4, 2022. For more information on CCLS hours, call (352) 746-9077.
• The Citrus County Central Landfill will be closed on Saturday, January 1, 2022, and will close at 2:30pm on Monday, January 3, 2022. The Administrative Office will be closed. Normal hours will resume Tuesday, January 4, 2022. For more information on landfill hours, call (352) 527-7670.
• Bicentennial Park Pool will be closed on Saturday, January 1, 2022. Normal operating hours will resume on Sunday, January 2, 2022. For more information on Bicentennial Park Pool, call (352) 527- 7540.
