City of Archer recently issued the following announcement.
WHAT/WHEN:
1990s Archer School P.E. Teacher Ray Crone and Archer Student Shalamar Cox are hosting a
1990s (but not limited to that decade) WINTER CELEBRATION at Wilson Robinson Park, located
at 13975 SW 174
th Street in Archer Florida, 32618.
Check in will be at the pavilion
WHEN:
Sunday December 26, 2021, 2-6pm
FORMAT:
Designed as a drop-in-anytime event, it will allow for many old Archer friends to bring current
families (Coach Crone will provide games for all ages) and re-connect after 2 decades or more.
FAMILY FRIENDLY:
Per request of venue and hosts, no alcohol or smoking is permitted on the property. If you bring
food and utensils, all Shalamar and I ask is that you remove any trash you create. No formal
meal is planned, you are responsible for your own food/drinks. _We are expecting up to 200
people, possibly more, so we cannot have the garbage cans get over filled.
NO REGISTRATION NEEDED
No RSVP is required. We ask that people come to the pavilion when they arrive to get a
nametag.
WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING
Though the program is very informal (gathering with friends is the theme) there is not much
seating, so lawn chairs/other seating is suggested. We are hoping a good time will be had by all!
WHO
A reminder to anyone wishing to attend, attendance is not limited to 1990s Archer Community
School folks. Spread the word on Facebook or by word of mouth. Our intent is to take
advantage of that Christmas weekend, and catch as many locals and out-of-towners as we can
to celebrate Archer and its great school!
