March Career Fair

2

Citrus County School District recently issued the following announcement.

Looking for more than just a job?  Join our team and get a career you can be proud of!

The Citrus County School District serves over 15,000 students and is the largest employer in the county with more than 2,500 full/part-time employees and substitutes. We are home to 23 schools – from pre-school through grade 12, along with a technical college and an online school.

Our career fair will offer opportunities for new and experienced teachers in all areas, para pros, bus drivers, food and nutritional services, custodians, and much more.

Our Career Fair will take place on Wednesday, March 23, 2022, from 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. at the College of Central Florida Conference Center in Lecanto.

Apply on-site for a position! Applicants will be able to speak directly to department administrators and school administrators who will be on hand to answer questions. Members of our Human Resources Team will also be available to help walk you through the entire application process online.

“We know there are many people looking for something more than just a job,” says Sam Himmel, Superintendent of Schools. “This can be your career path for the future.”
