City of Inverness recently issued the following announcement.
This site is located at 809 W. Main St. in Inverness. All work within the roadway will occur within daylight hours with no overnight lane closures. Please see timeline and specific details of roadway closures below.
Tompkins Street 4/17/2022
On Thursday March 17th, Tompkins Street and South Sidewalk will be closed between Talmage Avenue and Trout Avenue. Detours will be provided to direct East bound traffic North on Talmage Avenue to East on W Dampier Street and South on Trout Avenue. West bound traffic will be detoured at Trout Ave. Pedestrians should use the North sidewalk to avoid the construction area. The roadway will reopen for traffic on the evening of March 17th.
