DESCRIPTION
Talented volunteers will show participants how to do quilling - the art of rolling, coiling and shaping small strips of paper to make designs that has been practiced for centuries with original use of bird feathers (quills). Pre-registration is required at DadePrograms@FloridaDEP.gov with request for participant phone numbers and number in group.
