Inverness Heights Roadway Improvements

With the completion of swale construction occurring in the last few weeks, the contractor is moving forward with road resurfacing activities.  Beginning October 4, 2022 the following road segments are scheduled for milling. 

• Poinsettia Ave (From Camellia Ave to Montgomery Ave)
• Poinsettia Ave (From Tuttle St to Camellia Ave)
• Hiawatha Ave (From Tuttle St to Tina St)
• Hiawatha Ave (From Tina St to Montgomery Ave)

Temporary lane closures should be expected during construction.  Please reduce your speed within construction areas for the safety of yourself and construction workers.

Updates will be provided once additional segments are scheduled.
