The Salary and Benefits committee of the College Senate has created a survey to get additional information on how non-teaching experience could be factored into faculty positions at the college.
The survey, which is available now, will give the Salary and Benefit committee more clarity as they develop their recommendations for the upcoming budget. It can also provide valuable guidance as to how to best recruit faculty positions at salaries that can garner interest from industry professionals.
