The City of Inverness Government Offices will be closed on Friday, December 23rd and Monday, December 26th, 2022. Offices will reopen on Tuesday, December 27th at 8:00 am. Offices will also be closed on Monday, January 2nd, 2022 for New Year's Day and will reopen on Tuesday, January 3rd, 2023 at 8:00 am.

Whispering Pines City Park will be closing at 6:00 pm on Christmas Eve and closed for the day on Christmas, December 25th , but will reopen Monday, December 26th at 7:00 am for your family enjoyment.
